• You ensure a smooth start for the customer by setting up, configuring, and testing new devices and systems.
• You advise our customers, train them in operation, maintenance, and repair, and handle their inquiries and complaints.
• You perform regular checks and maintain the devices to guarantee reliable functionality of the systems.
• You diagnose errors, replace defective parts, and fix faults.
• You create reports and protocols about your work.
• As a Service Technician (m/w/d) for our USV systems, frequency converters, rectifiers, and resistors, you are deployed nationwide and worldwide for our products.

• You have completed a technical vocational training in the electronic field, e.g. as an electrician (m/w/d), mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), or plant mechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• Your qualification is ideally supplemented by a technical training in energy and systems engineering.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of modern power supply systems and first relevant work experience, which you bring with you.
• Experience in service assignments with direct customer contact on site is also an advantage.
• You are flexible, reliable, and willing to take things into your own hands and shape them actively.
• You have communicative skills and a confident and convincing appearance when dealing with other people.
• You are willing to accept international travel.
• A prerequisite for hiring is valid employment papers (work permit).
