Tasks

• Installation, maintenance and repair of modern alarm and security systems
• Preliminary setup, test runs and user training on site
• Error detection and problem-solving – by phone or directly during deployment
• Digital documentation and reporting using our tools
• Active shaping of our technical processes and products

Qualification

• Passion for technology and digital solutions
• High travel readiness and joy in customer contact
• Craftsmanship skills, ideally experience and/or enthusiasm in the electrical, IT or SHK trades
• Self-directed, structured work
• Class B driver's license
• German language skills at least level C2
