Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main interface with clients to identify and pursue new service opportunities in the Industrial and Technology sectors;
- Ensure the delivery of pre-defined services with high quality and punctuality;
- Manage costs, oversee the department’s BAB (Budget Allocation Base), and support the development of Business Plans (BPs) and Cash Flows (CFs);
- Prepare internal and external quotations in collaboration with the Service Solutions (SO) team;
- Lead team management activities, including time tracking approvals, vacation planning, hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives;
