Services - Proposal Writer (Vice President)

Job Purpose: The Asia Proposals team is part of the broader Regional Payment and Liquidity Sales Team, with the purpose of maximizing win rates through high quality multi-country/regional and global proposals written and produced on schedule. Job Background/Context: Produce highly customized written proposals and presentations in partnership with the sales teams as well as to keep the Proposals and RFP database updated. The Proposal Writer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments in the payment and liquidity space, including market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. Key responsibilities include: • Developing high-quality proposal content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our services; • Collaborating with sales teams to understand their needs and develop proposals that meet those needs; • Conducting research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments and identify opportunities for growth; • Maintaining a comprehensive database of proposals and RFPs, including tracking and updating information on existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the financial services industry; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
