Services - Cross Border Payments Product Manager- VP

We are looking to hire a dynamic Product Manager within the Cross Border Payments cluster team based in Singapore. This role is focused on supporting and growing Citi's cross border payments business and in particular the WorldLink proposition in the Asia South and JANA clusters. The role will focus on enhancing client value, operational efficiency, and increasing market penetration by leading key product initiatives, driving adoption, solutioning and ensuring seamless execution. You will champion and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to define and prioritize product features. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payments, with a focus on WorldLink and other relevant payment solutions. * Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements. * Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and client needs. * Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments space. * Proactively identify and mitigate product risks and issues. * Present product updates and roadmap to senior management and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payments industry, with a focus on cross-border payments. * Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and emerging payment technologies. * Experience with WorldLink or other similar cross-border payment solutions is a plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience working with clients and understanding their needs. * Knowledge of the Asia South and JANA markets is a plus. **Skills:** * Product Management * Cross-Border Payments * Payment Systems * SWIFT * WorldLink * Market Research * Client Management * Agile Development * Communication * Problem Solving
