Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer/Technical Expert (Telecom Domain) Location: India (Hyderabad Preferred)|Remote/Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Technical Experts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, telecom domain implementations, and enterprise-scale deployments . This role requires professionals who have worked on large telecom transformation programs and ServiceNow implementation projects with a focus on automation, integration, and process optimization. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for complex business requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation and configuration. • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other technical experts. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and maintenance. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, telecom domain implementations, and enterprise-scale deployments. • Experience working on large telecom transformation programs and ServiceNow implementation projects with a focus on automation, integration, and process optimization. • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
