Tasks

• Introduction and further development of ITSM modules in ServiceNow
• Self-responsible customer project management – from requirements analysis to go-live
• Collaboration with an agile, interdisciplinary team
• Designing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions according to customer needs
• Conducting workshops and training for end-users:

Qualification

• Fundamental experience with ServiceNow, particularly in configuring and customizing ITSM modules
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ideally corresponding certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation)
• Excellent communication skills and joy in working in a team
• Very good German language skills
