ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description: Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with proven expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules, coupled with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices. This role requires technical leadership in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that drive operational excellence and business transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including workflows, UI policies, and business rules. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities. Mentor and train junior consultants. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as demonstrations and proposal development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations. Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules. Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist). Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
