About:
- This global business is implementing SAM from scratch. They require a deeply functional SAM consulting in Europe to gather requirements, handle workshops, translate requirements, and create user stories
Essential skills
- 5+ Years in ServiceNow as a functional consultant - not a developer
- SAM - 2 x end to end implementations as the functional consultant or Business Analyst
- Deep knowledge in SAM/ITAM/HAM
- Certification in SAM ideal
