ServiceNow Project Manager Infosys is seeking ServiceNow Project Manager . This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders, Development Team and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include working on complex ServiceNow deployments, mainly ITOM, but not limited and including (ITSM) Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge and other modules ITAM and HRSD, among others. This PM should be able to interact with the different architecture teams, understand the technical requirements of each module, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the project goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Additionally, this role requires strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential risks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
