Job description
Minimum 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including in architecture design. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM. Proficiency in integrations, data sources, and ServiceNow APIs. Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, XML) and web services (REST, SOAP). ServiceNow certifications: Implementation Specialist and/or System Architect (preferred). Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks. Ability for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
