• Multi-module design expertise (IRM, Vendor Risk, CMDB, Control Testing)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture
• Governance, compliance, and risk alignment experience
• CMDB/Data model strategy design
• Integration design - cross-platform workflow and data mapping
• Release planning, roadmap creation, and architecture documentation
• Stakeholder management & executive communication
• Certifications: CSA + CAD + minimum one CIS (IRM/ITSM/ITOM preferred)

Good to Have Skills

• Platform upgrade planning & licensing knowledge
• Experience with GRC content providers (UCF, PolicyTech integrations)
• Knowledge of SecOps, HRSD, DevOps modules
• Managing offshore/onshore team delivery
