Skills : Servicenow ITOM Experience : 5 - 16 yrs Location : Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Delhi / Noida/ Coimbatore / Indore Job Description : ServiceNow ITOM Architect Should have relevant experience of 7 years and 9 years of Total experience. • As an ITOM Technical Architect focusing on ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform this resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow Solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications • ITOM Technical Architect should have expertise in designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions for various clients. • This role requires strong understanding of ITOM concepts, ServiceNow platform, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas: • ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform • Designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions for various clients • Strong understanding of ITOM concepts and ServiceNow platform • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. • Certification in ITIL or equivalent is desirable.
