ServiceNow IT Service Management

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and configuring custom applications that align with business processes and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact application performance, reliability, and user experience. You will actively participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for coding standards, testing, and debugging. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development process. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an Agile environment and be familiar with ServiceNow's IT Service Management platform. You will also need to have a strong understanding of software development life cycles and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek.
