ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Expert
Job description
Job Summary:
Seeking a senior ServiceNow IRM Expert to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules and strong technical leadership.
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Issues Management.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, configure, and customize IRM workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
- Integrate IRM processes with CMDB, Security Operations, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices on ServiceNow platform usage.
- Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, SOPs, and training materials.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Lead system testing, user training, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination and delivery.
Requirements
- Years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with specializing in IRM/GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, SOX, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing IRM workflows, data models, and assessments.
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, UI Policies, Business Rules).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
