Job description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect and Senior Developer to join a project in the FMCG industry. The role focuses on IRM and BCM modules and requires strong technical expertise, autonomy, and the ability to challenge implementation decisions with confidence. Your tasks * Analyse, design, and develop solutions within ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules * Evaluate and verify the work of implementation partners from a technical and functional perspective * Recommend optimal architectural approaches and consistently justify proposed solutions * Collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to key technical decisions * Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with best practices Requirements * At least 5 years of practical expertise in ServiceNow IRM and BCM * Ability to challenge and verify vendor actions and implementation decisions * High assertiveness and confidence in defending recommended solutions * Natural leadership tendencies and strong ownership * Proactive, independent, and decisive working style * Fluency in English * Residing in Poland required
