In this role, you will contribute to building seamless, end-to-end employee service experiences, where SAP SuccessFactors acts as the core HR system. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD using JavaScript, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI. You will work closely with our global team of experts to design, build, test, and deploy these integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing manual intervention. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD using JavaScript, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI. • Collaborate with the global team of experts to design, build, test, and deploy these integrations. • Ensure seamless data exchange and minimize manual intervention. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in HRSD development. Required skills and qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in developing integrations between different systems using JavaScript, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and its integration capabilities. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with other systems. • Knowledge of Windows operating system. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications: • Certification in ServiceNow HRSD or SAP SuccessFactors. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
