YOUR PROFILE Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD. Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management. Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of HR processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git. Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a multicultural setting. Fluency in English is required.
