This role focuses on designing integrated solutions that maximize value from ServiceNow HRSD and complementary HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and implementing HR systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes and technologies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining technical architecture for HRSD projects, • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs, • Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems, • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.
