ServiceNow GRC Consultant (m/w/d)

As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will accompany our customers in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes. You will combine process understanding, technology know-how, and consulting competence to establish sustainable governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Your Tasks

• Analysis, Design, and Optimization of GRC, Risk, Compliance, or SecOps Processes
• Moderation of Workshops on Process Definition, Reengineering, Gap Analysis, and Best Practices
• Development of sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM etc.)
• Identification of efficiency and automation potentialities, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and prioritization
• Counseling our customers on organizational changes and transformation initiatives
• Tight collaboration with our Delivery Teams and customer-side stakeholders
• Support in Pre-Sales: Scoping, effort estimates, RFP processing, and solution design
• Depending on seniority, you will take over the following responsibility levels:
• Take on challenging professional tasks, workstreams, and process designs independently or
• As Engagement Manager, take over project leadership, lead project teams professionally, and act as a central trusted advisor for stakeholders at the management level
