ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (CSDM, ITOM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with specialized experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Enterprise Architecture. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT visibility, automate operations, and align with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on CMDB optimization, service mapping, and architectural design. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support ITOM and CSDM initiatives • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions • Participating in the development of enterprise architecture standards and guidelines • Providing expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices and architectural design principles. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITOM, CSDM, and Enterprise Architecture concepts, as well as experience with ServiceNow platform features such as: • CMDB optimization • Service mapping • Architectural design • Integration with other systems and tools • Automation using workflows and scripts • Data modeling and governance • Reporting and analytics.
