ServiceNow Engineer

Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Low Code Engineer to support the development and enhancement of Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and digital service platforms. This role will focus on building applications and workflows using ServiceNow App Engine and low-code capabilities, helping deliver scalable service portals, automation workflows, and integrated digital services. The position sits within a large enterprise program delivering modern digital service platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications and workflows using low-code capabilities. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow applications. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and workflows. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows. • Participating in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably as a Low Code Engineer. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow App Engine, low-code capabilities, and workflow automation. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
