Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

• Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Create and maintain workflows, scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), integrations, and automations with other platforms and systems.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, proposing technical solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in development on the ServiceNow platform (minimum 2 years).
• Completed higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems of Information or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), ITIL, and relational databases (SQL).
• Able to work in agile environments with good communication and focus on problem-solving.
• Technical English (reading and writing).

Additional Qualifications

• Certifications ServiceNow (CSA Certified System Administrator, CAD Certified Application Developer).
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and version control with Git.
