Job Description: ServiceNow Experts (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM) Position: ServiceNow Consultant / Developer / Architect About the Role We are seeking experienced ServiceNow experts specializing in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional designs for ServiceNow applications. Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java, JavaScript, or other supported programming languages. Implement and configure ServiceNow features such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, as well as integrations with other systems. Design and implement data models, workflows, and business processes to meet customer needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide expert-level support for customers using ServiceNow applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of internal documentation and training materials.
