Job description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- 10+ Years experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Role-based access control, data privacy, encryption, and GDPR compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Agile environments with active participation in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- ServiceNow HRSD Suite: Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, HR Integrations.
- ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.
- HR Process Automation: Case management, onboarding/offboarding, employee transitions, document management.
- Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Client & Server-side scripting.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, 3rd-party HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Reporting & Analytics: Dashboards, Performance Analytics, custom reports, HR metrics.
