We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our customers. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies; • Designing and implementing workflows, forms, and business rules in ServiceNow; • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools using APIs, web services, or other integration methods; • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations; • Collaborating with the team to design and implement new features and improvements; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality coding practices; • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, best practices, and industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or similar role; • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies; • Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Jelly, Client-Side API, and Web Services; • Knowledge of workflow design principles and business process management; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Nice to have: • Experience with Agile development methodologies; • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools; • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure; • Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
