We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team responsible for implementing and maintaining various ServiceNow projects. Your main tasks will be: • Developing new features and functionalities in ServiceNow; • Customizing existing workflows and processes; • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; • Collaborating with the team to identify and prioritize project tasks. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer; • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM); • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other web development technologies; • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
