ServiceNow Consultant (Part-time)

Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant Location: Remote Work Schedule: 2 hours per day [7 pm to 9 pm IST] Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant (4–7 years of experience) to provide 2 hours of daily support across integrations, ITSM/ITOM modules, and platform maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations, and capable of managing post-clone and system configuration tasks independently. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily support for ServiceNow integrations, ITSM/ITOM modules, and platform maintenance activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB, MID Server, and integrations. • Manage post-clone and system configuration tasks independently. • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement improvements. • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices. Requirements • 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting or implementation. • Strong understanding of CMDB, MID Server, and integrations. • Experience with ITSM/ITOM modules and platform maintenance activities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
