Development & Customization: Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's platform, as well as other tools and technologies. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Foundation, Administrator) are desirable.
