ServiceNow Consultant (Discovery & CMDB) – Immediate Joiner

About the Role Neyo Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Discovery and CMDB within the ITOM suite. The ideal candidate will have successfully implemented and supported Discovery and CMDB configurations in real-world projects and be confident in delivering client-ready solutions from end-to-end. Key Responsibilities * Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules with a strong focus on Discovery and CMDB. * Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance. * Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow best practices and CMDB principles. * Develop and maintain CMDB data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery and CMDB. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems. * Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. * Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Qualifications * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a strong emphasis on Discovery and CMDB. * In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including probe configuration, and sensor development. * Expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITOM Implementation Specialist) are a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
