YOUR TASKS Build customer relationships by delivering at client expectations on assigned delivery projects; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration; provide expert-level consulting services to clients, leveraging your knowledge of ServiceNow and other technologies to drive business outcomes; contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations. YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology); 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or related field; strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its applications; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is an asset.
