Job description
YOUR PROFILE Experience with ServiceNow (2 years preferred) in either technical or functional capacity. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and platform governance. Ability to work in Agile delivery environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good command of English. Nice to Have: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD). ITIL Foundation certification. Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, or advanced integrations. Good command of German or other foreign languages.
