Job Summary The role involves maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This includes overseeing data governance, defining the structure of the configuration management system, such as identifying Configuration Items (CIs), establishing naming standards, defining relationships, and supervising mapping and discovery activities. You will be critical in improving incident and problem management, streamlining change processes, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow, ITIL, and CMDB concepts, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
