Job description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a customer with a central ServiceNow platform, responsible for the strategic and technical development of the platform and ensuring governance.
Tasks
- Definition and assurance of ServiceNow architecture and governance standards (OOB-first)
- Evaluation of requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and technical feasibility
- Conducting architecture reviews and reducing technical debt
- Counseling departments, IT, and management on ServiceNow topics
- Collaboration with agile development teams
Qualification
- Mult-year experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
- Very good understanding of OOB approaches, CSDM, JavaScript, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Fundamental knowledge of ITIL processes
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are advantageous
- Excellent English skills
- Sovereign appearance in workshops and consulting situations
