Role: ServiceNow Architect
Workload: Fulltime (5 days/week)
Location: Remote (based in UK or Europe)
Duration: 14 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a long-term remote project focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be based in the UK or Europe and possess deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Oversee configuration, customization, and integration efforts
Provide guidance to development teams and ensure quality delivery
Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes and modules
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and integrations
Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
