ServiceNow Architect (HRSD) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Agent Service Microsoft Copilot Studio Semantic Kernel AWS GCP Azure Optional Power Platform Microsoft SAP Oracle About the project YOUR ROLE As an Agentic Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft technologies, this role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions that leverage the comprehensive Microsoft ecosystem. The architect translates business requirements into technical designs, develops proof-of-concepts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows using Azure AI Foundry and ServiceNow; • Developing and maintaining AI models using Azure AI Agent and Semantic Kernel; • Collaborating with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into Agentic AI solutions; • Working closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions; • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; • At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft technologies; • Strong understanding of Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow, and other Agentic AI tools; • Experience with Power Platform, SAP, Oracle, and AWS/GCP is an asset; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
