ServiceNow APM Developer (REMOTE)

ITTConnect is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in APM to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. T Job location: Remote, work from home, anywhere in Brazil . MUST BE fluent in English. All interviews will be in English only . The ServiceNow developer will be part of an established team supporting the development and maintenance of a large-scale ServiceNow instance for this client. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow APM, as well as other IT service management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also highly valued. Additionally, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications, as well as providing technical support and training to end-users. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and at least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow APM. Fluency in English is required for this position.
