To strengthen our service technician team, we are looking for a reliable, resilient, independent, and motivated Service Technician / Technical Advisor (m/f/d) for the ZH region.

Your Tasks

• Main point of contact for Duscholux for our customers and partners in the ZH region
• Consulting and supporting customers with all technical questions
• Direct on-site measurements
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of our entire product range
• Processing of damage claims and warranty requests
• Supporting our partners with technical questions
• Independent planning of your assignments
• Creation of corresponding service reports

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (sanitary installer, metalworker, /in or equivalent qualification)
• Practical experience in a technical profession or in the installation field
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident use of IT and computer applications
• Fast, careful, and precise way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
