Service Fitter Packaging

As a Service Fitter Packaging, you will work on various machines and installations at customer locations. You will resolve malfunctions, perform maintenance, and ensure machines continue to run smoothly. You will work with both mechanical and electrical systems, and your work will be very varied.

Your duties will include:

• Resolving malfunctions on machines and installations
• Performing maintenance and inspections
• Installing and commissioning machines
• Carrying out minor overhauls and preparing for larger tasks
• Assisting with the startup of complex machines
• Reporting on completed work
• Contributing ideas for service contracts and spare parts sales

You will work independently, but are part of a professional service team.

As a Service Fitter, you will recognize yourself in the following:

• You have an MBO diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
• You have at least a few years of experience as a fitter or service fitter
• You have knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and control technology is a plus
• You are analytical and service-oriented
• You speak English well, German is a plus
• You are flexible and willing to sometimes work outside regular hours
