Elevator Maintenance Technician - South Holland

We are looking for an experienced and passionate elevator maintenance technician. As an elevator maintenance technician, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators in various buildings. You will work on a broad range of projects, varying from residential buildings to commercial complexes. Responsibilities: Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing lift installations, hoist platforms, escalators, and walkways according to specifications and safety standards Inspecting and testing lift systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in elevator maintenance or a related field Strong understanding of lift systems, safety regulations, and industry standards Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) Good communication and problem-solving skills Certification as an elevator technician or equivalent is preferred but not required.
