Service Technician Household Appliances

Ensure that the Netherlands can wash, cook, and do dishes again without worries. As a service technician, you will work on top equipment from AEG and Electrolux, directly at customers' homes. You make a difference in our customers' daily lives by solving technical problems.

What will you do?

Your day starts at home, where your fully equipped service bus awaits you. The night courier has all the parts ready, so you can set off immediately. Via our planning, you will visit an average of 8 customers per day. You will repair household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.

Our service app helps you step by step: from problem to administration. This way, you'll have time for technical work and customer advice. You will do everything you can to offer customers a suitable solution in a single visit. You will also provide tips on maintenance products, accessories, and service contracts.

The team

Although you work independently, you are part of a close-knit team of 8 to 15 colleagues in your region. Nationally, about 50 technicians work for us. You stay in touch via WhatsApp, call each other with questions, and meet five times a year for team meetings. The first service technician is your point of contact and knows exactly what you need.

What do you bring?

Because you visit customers' homes daily, a service-oriented attitude is important. You work independently and take responsibility for your own service bus.

• Relevant work experience in a technical and service-oriented field service role
• Driver's license B
