The role
This is what you will do

As a Service Technician CNC Machines, you are the point of contact for customers and machines. You ensure that users in the Netherlands and Belgium can rely on perfectly functioning CNC machines. From installation to maintenance, upgrades, and user training – you handle it. In this independent and varied role, you work with modern technologies and have a lot of freedom in your work.

What will you do?

• Install and commission CNC machines at customers' sites, so they can start production immediately
• Upgrade machines with new functionalities and smart automation
• Locate and resolve faults on both mechanical and electrical levels
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuity
• Train and advise customers on machine usage, maintenance, and practical solutions for technical issues
• Move and prepare machines for transport in a safe and professional manner

The offer

• Salary between € 2,500.00 – € 5,500.00 depending on age and experience
• A company lease car (passenger car)

What we expect from you
Do you recognize yourself?

• You have an MBO-3 or MBO-4 diploma in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
• You have a good foundation in both mechanical and electrical engineering
• You have an affinity for metalworking and preferably experience or interest in CNC lathes and milling machines
• Some knowledge of control technology is a plus, but not a must – as long as you are willing to learn
• You are customer-oriented, communicate clearly, and have a neat and professional appearance – you are the business card at the customer's site
