The Hotel & Conference Center Sempachersee is located centrally and yet quietly in Nottwil. The 4-star hotel has 150 rooms with 300 beds. With over 40 rooms, two aulas and two auditoriums, we are one of the largest conference centers in Switzerland. The three gastronomy zones Vivace with free-flow concept, the à la carte restaurant Sempia, the banquet hall Aurora with large rooftop terrace and fantastic lake view as well as the LAGO Bar & Lounge are popular meeting points for guests from the region and beyond. As a Service Employee (m/w/d) 100%, you will be part of our dynamic team and support us in providing excellent service to our guests. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable; • Assisting with the organization and execution of events, conferences, and meetings; • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel and conference center; • Supporting the front desk team in handling guest requests and inquiries; • Participating in training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or equivalent experience in a similar field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
