As a Service Employee Chalet Suisse, you will be part of our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and partners; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to advise guests on our travel experiences; • Processing transactions and handling cash and credit transactions; • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment; • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays; • Assisting with inventory management and stock control; • Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge; • Working in a team environment and contributing to the success of the store. Requirements: • 80% availability for work at Zurich Airport; • High school diploma or equivalent; • Excellent communication and customer service skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods; • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the store.
