The Posthotel Valbella is an establishment of the AlpinTrend Group.

The Posthotel Valbella is a cozy 3-star hotel with 38 rooms in thetypical Grisons style. Its central location in Valbella offers guests direct access to all activities in the Heidner mountain world. The culinary offerings consist of the modern "Pizzeria". In winter, the traditional Grisons restaurant "Stoiva" and the rustic "Taverna" with restaurant and club operations are also open. The offering is rounded off by the hotel bar with Smoker's Lounge. Open from December to April and from June to October respectively.

For the winter season 26/27, we are looking for a versatile host personality to support our team in both service and reception.

Your work will be divided approximately equally between our two areas:

50% Reception

Warm welcome and care of our hotel guests
Processing of check-in and check-out
Handling of reservations and guest inquiries
Telephone and written correspondence with our guests
Advising our guests on everything related to the hotel, the region, and current offers
Coordination and communication with the various hotel departments
General administrative tasks at the reception

50% Service

Warm and professional care of our guests in our restaurants and at the bar
Advising guests on the selection of food and drinks
Taking and serving orders
Preparation and clearing of the respective service area
Proper booking and billing via the cash system
Support for the service team in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
