Location: Uelzen (expert Hanse-Verbund GmbH)
Working hours: Full-time / Part-time

The expert Hanse-Verbund GmbH is a medium-sized family-owned company with over 170 employees, which focuses on the retail of household appliances, entertainment electronics, telecommunications, computer technology, and media, as well as related services. The sale takes place through the seven stationary electrical stores at the locations Uelzen, Lüneburg, Salzwedel, Wittenberge, Neustadt, Neumünster, and Wismar with a total sales area of approximately 7,000 square meters and to a small extent through online sales channels.

You will do

You will deliver, install, and assemble everything from our range, e.g. TV sets or washing machines
You will perform installations and set-ups directly at the customer's location
Your tasks include customer care and consulting for new installations and repairs
You will have direct contact with our customers at their location
Loading and unloading the vehicle
In the logistics area, you will support the warehouse team in receiving and processing goods, including control and EDV recording.
You will prepare goods for sale and support the team in the store
You will process outgoing goods for customer pickups

You bring

Desirable but not necessary: work experience as a service technician or training in the technical field – as a non-technical newcomer, we will work together to develop the necessary skills
E-certificate of advantage
A driver's license of class B or class 3
Technical knowledge and handiness
Pleasant and safe demeanor
Good German language skills in writing and speaking
Independent work and physical stamina
