CLYR is a Healthy Protein Fast-Food Concept with its headquarters in Berlin. We offer fresh, protein-rich plates and snacks directly at our Assembly-Theke – quickly, healthy, and uncompromisingly delicious.

We are opening our first store in Berlin in July 2026 and have clear growth plans: In the coming years, we will expand to several locations in major German cities. Whoever joins us now is part of it from the start and grows with us.

We develop our Store Manager:ins primarily from within our own ranks: Whoever shows above-average performance at our company has the chance to grow into a full-time leadership position in no time.

Tasks

• Assemble plates and snacks according to our specifications, carefully and attractively (Assembly)
• Welcome guests friendly, attentive, and professionally at the counter and advise them
• Acknowledge orders and individual wishes and implement them correctly
• Take care of cash register activities (exclusive card payment)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and at the counter
• Sustainably maintain workspaces and inventory according to opening and closing checklists
• Support the team in setting up our new product category in the store

Qualification

• Outstanding reliability and punctuality – you can always rely on yourself
• Genuine service orientation and friendliness – the guest is at the center
• Structured, meticulous work approach, even in stressful peak hours
• German language skills at least B1 level (converse, take orders, respond to wishes)
• Experience in gastronomy, retail or services is beneficial but not a must-have
• Motivation to be part of building a growing healthy food concept from the start
