To strengthen our service department, we are looking for a Service Manager / Service Coordinator (m/f/d) who will support our customers with service, maintenance, and inspection services and technically and organizationally coordinate the associated orders.

Tasks

• Technical and commercial processing of service inquiries
• Development of the scope of services and offers for service, maintenance, and inspection assignments
• Calculation of services and participation in pricing
• Telephone and written consultation and support for our customers on all service-related issues
• Creation, design, and management of service and maintenance contracts
• Active follow-up of inspection and maintenance intervals and proactive customer outreach
• Compilation and preparation of the necessary technical and organizational documents for service and assembly assignments
• Scheduling and coordination of assignments in close cooperation with our assembly department
• Follow-up and invoicing of completed service orders, as well as forwarding relevant information to downstream departments

Qualifications

• Further training as a technician, a completed engineering degree, or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in technical service, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
• Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical issues in a customer-oriented manner
• Commercial understanding for calculation, offers, and order processing
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Proficient in standard office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
