You oversee the situation, make decisions, and ensure that our machines run smoothly. Your tasks include: • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Coordinating with service technicians to schedule maintenance and repairs. • Maintaining accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and repair history. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical issues and optimize machine performance. • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the field.
