Service Leadership Workshop (m/w/d)

Do you want to take responsibility and lead a workshop where heavy machines, utility vehicles, and technical equipment deliver high performance every day? For an established family-owned company that has been supporting the raw materials and natural stone industry technically for decades, we are looking for a Service Leadership Workshop (m/w/d).

You will not only manage workflows, but ensure that the team can work efficiently and that technology is always reliable and ready for use. What we offer: 21-25 EUR per hour, remuneration according to iGZ-GVP collective agreement

What to expect: Administrative and organizational support for workshop leadership
Factual and disciplinary leadership of the entire workshop team
Planning, coordination, and monitoring of workshop orders
Safety assurance for quality, statutory regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
Responsibility for workplace safety, order, and smooth workflows
Timetable and capacity planning in close coordination with other departments
Contact person for employees and interface to all relevant areas
What you bring: Commercial or technical education, ideally a master's degree in the KFZ/NFZ/LBM field
Experience in a utility vehicle or machine workshop
Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (desirable)
Clear communication, assertiveness, and organizational talent
High willingness to engage, motivation, and team orientation
Good German language skills
